IndiGo and Accor have launched reciprocal point transfers between their loyalty programmes, BluChip and ALL, allowing members to move rewards between flights and hotels.
Under the arrangement, members of ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip can convert points in either direction, linking IndiGo’s network of more than 140 destinations with Accor’s portfolio of over 45 hotel brands across 110 countries. Members must hold active accounts with both programmes, while completed transfers cannot be reversed.

The programme uses different conversion rates in each direction: 3,000 ALL Accor Reward points can be exchanged for 2,000 IndiGo BluChips, while 6,000 BluChips convert into 1,000 ALL Accor Reward points. The currencies also follow different redemption models, as 1,000 ALL points carry a published value of €20 on eligible hotel bookings, while BluChips are redeemed against available flight rewards without a fixed cash value.
The structure becomes more significant when viewed alongside the scale and expansion priorities of both companies. IndiGo’s BluChip programme, launched in November 2024, has grown to around 13 million members, while Accor’s global loyalty network has crossed 100 million. Accor is also targeting 300 hotels in India by 2030, compared with 71 operating properties and 40 under development when the expansion plan was announced. The partnership gives Accor access to IndiGo’s large domestic and outbound passenger base while its India hotel network continues to scale, and it gives IndiGo a broader redemption ecosystem across Accor’s hotels, dining, upgrades and experiences without requiring the airline to build those capabilities independently.
The launch follows the initial agreement between IndiGo and Accor in April 2025, when the companies outlined plans covering point sharing, reciprocal transfers, joint marketing and a wider loyalty proposition across flights, stays and travel experiences. The July 2026 rollout activates the first customer-facing component of that agreement by establishing a live exchange between the two loyalty currencies.
The programme also sits within a wider commercial relationship between Accor and InterGlobe Enterprises, IndiGo's largest shareholder. In April 2025, Accor and InterGlobe announced an integrated hospitality platform serving as the exclusive vehicle for Accor's brand expansion in India, and the loyalty exchange adds a customer distribution layer to that development platform.
The commercial contribution of the arrangement will depend on the number of members who link both accounts, the direction and volume of point transfers, and the share of members who proceed to book with the partner company. In doing so, the reciprocal exchange extends the Accor–InterGlobe relationship from hotel ownership and development into customer acquisition, distribution and retention.
